Sights, sounds, and smells can all overwhelm the brain if there’s no break in between.

6. Memory Loss

When the brain is tired, it’s no shock that your memory will start to go. If you notice that you’re starting to forget little things that you’d normally have no issue remembering, it could be a sign that you’re mentally fatigued.
