The words have magical powers…

Do you ever pay attention to the words you use everyday? It is very important to be conscious about the words we use within ourselves inside our head.

If the words didn’t exist, we wouldn’t be able to communicate. And communication with ourselves is first and most important step to shape our own reality.

According to this research we speak from 7-20 thousand words a day! And these 20.000 words create our behaviour and our attitude in life. If we pay attention to the words that are “unsaid”, but only “used” in our self-talks, we could become aware that we are the only ones responsible for our reality.

Why is it of crucial importance to choose positive words in our self-talks and when we talk to others?

All the words that we use give us a certain emotion, and we create our behaviour based on that feeling.

Our behaviour is a reaction of what was first in our mind. Of course, not all of the words we know have a positive meaning, but with creating certain phrases that are positive, it can lead us to our goals in life. Everything depends on the language that is used.

That being said, we have the subconscious mind that reacts on every uttered word and puts us in a state of that certain emotion. It doesn’t matter if it is a positive or negative one. In this way we are programmed to respond to everyday communication with ourselves and with others. With this complex pattern we create our reality and we tend to from our character.

Whatever the conscious mind thinks and believes, the subconscious identically creates!

Everything is based on the words and phrases we use in every second of the day. No matter if it’s self-talk, or conversation with others.

How to become conscious of the words you use?

First of all, pay attention for at least one day of the words you use. Then, pay attention how those specific words make you feel; what’s your state of mind when you are pronouncing those specific words? If you truly apply this technique, you will be more conscious about the words you use, and how those words literally shapes your reality.

And this is really important: to be conscious about something that you want to improve or something that you want to change.

Every positive change is good, because it comes with new emotions and new actions.

After doing a small research within yourself, you can make a list of the words you would like to use more. And of course, try to implement this whether you talk to yourself of you talk with others.

By doing this technique you will be able to choose and be aware how the word you use have extraordinary impact on everything you do daily.

The words give energy and have the power to make us feel the way we feel.

Try to choose your words wisely, because that capacity lies within every one of us!
